How important is a criminal background check when hiring or renting or buying a house?

This is important. When you are making hiring decisions, Conduct background checks. If an employee breaks the law while performing his or her duties for your company, you may be held liable. Conducting a background check can help determine if an applicant has a criminal history, and can help insulate you against possible lawsuits.You might need a bit more information than your applicants provide. After all, some folks give false or incomplete information in employment applications. And workers probably don't want you to know certain facts about their past that might disqualify them from getting a job. Generally, it's good policy to do a little checking before you make a job offer.

Background check is an amazing new tool that allows you to find out "EVERYTHING you ever wanted to know about your friends, family, neighbors, employees, and even your boss!" You can even check out yourself. It is all completely legal,Background search and you can do it all in the privacy of your own home without anyone ever knowing. It's even better than hiring a private investigator.

A criminal background check is a method to investigate the criminal history of a person. With a criminal background check, you get information about a person’s involvement with the judiciary arm and law enforcement, which is all recorded in his criminal record or rap sheet. Specifically, a criminal background check will tell you about his arrests, consequent sentences and convictions if applicable, cases which have been dismissed, not guilty verdicts, registration on sex offender lists, parole and probation standings and infringement of these if applicable, bench warrants, escapes, and so on.

Performing a criminal background check has proven to be extremely valuable and worth its while, especially in circumstances where you want to screen a person applying for a particular job, be it for a small or big company. Other similar instances would include performing a criminal background check on a current employee who is up for a promotion or a raise, or perhaps applicants for jobs of a more private or delicate nature such as babysitter, house help, personal assistant, property caretaker, bodyguard, stock broker, personal accountant, personal manager, and the like. Still, you will also want to do a criminal background check on a person or persons seeking to rent or lease a particular property which you’ve put up in the market, such as a house or a commercial space.

Background check shocker mix up

They say your past always catches up with you in the end - something one Sue Jones of Grand Junction, Colorado, can certainly attest.

Jones got a job with grocery store chain City Market, but a background check quickly came back with a "do not hire" flag, as Colorado's 11 News explains. The reason? Multiple charges "including a prior felony for drug possession and a misdemeanor for gambling" - the former involving substance abuse with Bugs Bunny and Porky Pig.

Jones was placed on administrative leave while 11 News pulled the court files relating to Jones's sordid past. It quickly discovered that while Sue Jones did indeed appear as the plaintiff, the date of birth given didn't match the real Sue Jones, the papers contained "no social security number or other identifying information that would have tied the cases to Jones", and the defendants were identified as Porky Pig, Bugs Bunny, and Elmer Fudrucker.

In fact, the papers were entirely ficticious "test" cases, marked as such, and designed as "practice for people working in the court system". Mary Perry, the Clerk of the Court for El Paso County, explained that "they often use arbitrary names for test cases", something which seems to have escaped background checking outfit General Information Systems (GIS) of South Carolina.

The company's executive vice president, David Bartley, told 11 News that GIS "pulls cases and reports it to employers but didn't want to comment on what happened in this particular instance until he read the cases and information".

11 News duly faxed Bartley the offending documents, but he "never called us back with a comment". GIS did, however, admit that such cases "are rare and people can dispute the findings to clear their name". It admitted "there is no system to track these kinds of errors".

The real Sue Jones, meanwhile, disputed the records and is now back at work. City Market said it would "look into what happened and possibly make a complaint with GIS".

This is a funny story about what can happen when you use a untested Background check service. Thats why you should use the tried and tested service i recommend below. $29 for 3 years unlimited searches. Give a membership for christmas, it will be the best gift you have ever given or received.

Best way to find someones address by using phone number

Finding people or an address using their phone number is no longer as complicated as it used to be. Gone are the days when you had to hire a private investigator just to find out who a particular phone number belonged to. These days, there are large publicly accessible databases where you can go to look up phone numbers, license plate numbers, civil records, court records and many other types of records.

These records have been collected and compiled into huge searchable databases which you can use to find people's address and/or telephone numbers. You can also use them to find people’s names and address using their telephone numbers. They work just like a search engine except that they contain specialized data that can only be accessed using part of the information from the records held.

For example, if you have a phone number, then you can use that to find out the registered owner's name and address. These huge databases contain millions of records and they are often referred to as Reverse Lookup Directories. There are many different ones around on various subjects. You'll find directories for court records, marriage records, background checks, phone and cell phone records and so on. So if you want to find people by phone number, you would need to use a reverse phone directory. These are the directories that maintain this type of records.

Most of the directories charge a small one-time admin fee. But after you've joined as a member, you get unlimited access to the records and the database.

There are other options if you want to search for people by phone number. You can hire a private investigator that will research the phone number and find out who it belongs to. Using a private investigator is very expensive but some people choose to do this because of lack of time to do it on their own. You can find a list of private investigators in your local telephone directory. Just call several of them up and ask for quotes, then choose one.

Although there are other ways to find people by using a phone number, using a reverse phone look up directory is probably the fastest way to do it. Simply write down the phone number you wish to research. Then find a directory and enter the phone number in the search box provided and click the search button to retrieve the records connected to that phone number. This whole process can take just a few seconds. The information displayed will usually include the name, address and phone provider.

One free way to perform people search by phone number is to use a search engine like Google. Enter the phone number in the search box and click the search button. If the phone number is posted anywhere on the internet, you can visit the website in question and find out more information.

Need to Conduct Your Own People search by phone number Online? Click here for a comprehensive list of websites where you can lookup any phone number and find out who it belongs to. Visit the Reverse Phone Search website for more tips and advice on how to find information fast. Copyright 2007 © Sylvia Richards.

Investigators: Elderly Abuse In Nearly One-Third Of Nursing Homes.

Nursing Home Abuse Increasing..

Using public records to investigate nursing home employees curbs abuse cases.

“Families turn to nursing homes to give the elderly the care and attention they need, but a congressional report out Monday says 1,600 U.S. nursing homes — nearly one-third — have been cited for abuse.” This in a report from CBS News Correspondent Bill Whitaker.

Some 5,283 nursing homes were cited for abuse violations, according to a review of state inspection records requested by Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif. These homes were cited for nearly 9,000 abuse violations from January 1999 to January 2001.

"We found examples of residents being punched, choked or kicked by staff members or other residents," Waxman said.

It was indeed a sad day when the time came around to place my mother in a nursing home. Even though the director was understanding and explained that almost everyone that was forced into sitting in her office and having the conversation we were having felt the same way. I could not help thinking about the first day of school when I cried and wailed and just wanted to go home with mother as she headed down the hallway and out to the parking lot. I know that I couldn’t hear her footfalls over my own crying, but to this day it seems somehow that I could. I still remember the look on her face clearly now some 40+ years later. I imagine my face looked a bit like that as I sat listening to the practiced monologue of the nursing home director. A mix between mind numbing guilt and stoic determination.

My mother has always been the rock of our family, even before dad passed she was the one you took your problems, any problems to first. She was the one who found shoes, and managed to always know when and what you were hungry for, many times before you did. Now the rock is crumbling around the edges and I just can’t leave her alone anymore. Mom has always been independent and has never needed to depend on others for her daily needs; she is the one everyone depended on and so I made good use of online background check services when I finally decided on a Nursing home for her.

I made it a deal breaker to get a list of the nurses and nurses aides that would be attending my mother, the management objected softly but in the end I got my way, and a good thing too. In the first attempt at being an from home detective I found 4 nurses aides with criminal records at the home, 2 had felonies, one for assault. I took this to the managers of moms home and threatened to sue if something wasn’t done. They now do intensive background checks on all employees. So if you really love your loved one, I advise you to join a background check website the cost is very affordable. My service gave me a 3 year unlimited search membership for only $29, it has proven its worth several times already. I can also use it to check license plat numbers and telephone numbers even teachers and new neighbors, anybody. It is proving to be the best 20 dollars I have ever invested.

What's the best christmas gift you can give this holiday, background check membership.

Background checks and cruises through the public records arena have risen over 2000% over the course of the last 2 years for a few simple reason. The first reason is that online background checks have become easier and more user friendly. Reason number two is that the cost has dropped phenominally to the point where they are affordable to anyone, not just government officials and law enforcement individuals. That makes them the best gift you can give this christmas. The best gifts keep giving like online background checks do.

Through the use of modern technologies and and a web browser, you can effectively find anyone or find out anything about anyone at anytime, right from the comfort of your own home, office or web enabled sell phone.

Turns out the hottest stocking stuffer this Christmas isn't game systems or iphones as everyone expected. The hottest gift is turning out to be information. While the economy dips it seems that American home businesses are becoming more interested in whom they do business with. Darius Harris, of athomedetective.com said in an over the phone interview “ I usually sell 10-30 3 year unlimited plans a month this close to Christmas, this month I have sold 500 and its just mid month. I expect the trend to continue. I was worried about the economy so I lowered the price, best thing I could have done.”

Wouldn't it be wonderful to never be taken for a ride or scammed again? How much would it be worth to know whom your friends, acquaintances and business associates were? Well in today's world that is more than possible, its simple, inexpensive and being done by your business competitors already. Would you ever send your child off to spend the night with a new friend without calling that Childs parents? Of course not, it's as easy as picking up the phone and dialing a telephone number, and still you don't know exactly who is on the other line. It would be nice if your telephones caller I.D also showed data about personality types, criminal activities and other dangerous activities, but it doesn't. Online background checks can actually tell you that and more, in seconds with just a name, phone number or address. Can you imagine how many parents wish that this technology were available to them before they sent their child off into the hands of danger? Why take a chance with your most loved and prized possessions, your children.

Background searches today allow you to do things only available to federal agencies And law enforcement a few years ago. There have been many, many breakthroughs in Online investigations over that time period. For instance, did you know that you can gain access to personal financial information from basic background checking and even do reverse phone number lookups? Well you can, so not only are online background investigations useful for finding out whos who, they are also useful for doing other investigation type things. Say you have a number but no name, what do you do? You plug that number into an online background check database and out pops a name and address to match that telephone number. These searches are priceless and as useful as any other gift you'll give a loved one, or yourself, this christmas.

So forget what you have heard about "public records" and "background checks" because they are not just for private investigators, they are also for private citizen investigations.

Try the best online background check deal i have found and the only service i use. Its a membership site that charges $29 for an unlimited search 3 year membership.Or if you've heard enough and you want to give a gift that is instant and will definately be there in time for christmas, do what i do. I purchase the membership and put the username and password into a card and give that as the gift. Pretty smart huh? I give good gift. Order Now

What Background check service is best and Where do they get their information?

What Background check service is best and Where do they get their information?

Online background checks just collect compiled public records. The difference is that while credit bureaus actually take information and create records for individuals (which they control, so you can change things via a dispute process), Online background check ONLY compiles records that other - public - agencies have already entered. What makes them infinitely better than trying to find all this information yourself is that they do it all day every day and have tricks, contacts, shortcuts and sources that you never will unless you use the services. So while its true that in theory you can find all the information yourself if you try, they can do 1,000,000 faster, better and more complete than you can do one in the same time.

That means that online background sites collect information from:

-The Register of Deeds will have a General Warranty Deed from when you bought a house;

- The local Clerk of Court will have a Judgment against you from when you failed to pay your college credit card for two years;

- The Vital Records agency in your state will have information about your birth/marriage/divorce/etc.;

- The Board of Elections for your state will have a record of your address, date of birth, voting history, party, and (maybe even) race;

- The internet will have your address from any document that has ever had your name on it online. This also goes for phone records.

- Your local tax office will have information on how much your house (or car, or boat) is worth, whether you've paid your tax bill, etc.;

- The local government in Jamaica might have information from when your relatives left you a house (or you might just share the same name as one of them)…

...an Online background check will show any or all of these things and many more but it Mostly depends on what the local public agencies report. From court records to school records, all your life you have been leaving a paper trail. But now that trail has been transferred to digital. You can actually get all of these things from their original sources (if you put forth hours and hours of effort); that's the definition of "public records." But employers are even checking myspace now. And with online background check services you can do things you can’t do on your own like trace telephone numbers and lisence plates, some even show you how to do things like mast caller I.D receivers. In my opinion there is no competition between the two methods.

The biggest insurance loophole you’ll never hear about, exposed.

Most insurance companies will not cover certain dogs, but they bury the details in fine prints and page upon page of documents. This is a true story about a greedy mother who caused an innocent and loved dog to be put up for adoption. I should have named this story.."Scammers getting innocent pets killed for money. Insurance letting them."

I had a mastiff mix breed, the dog was friendly and raised among neighborhood kids. The whole community raised this dog. This dog was as gentle as any dog I have ever owned and very well trained. This dog was word command trained and signal command trained. I got the dog in a very difficult time in my life as a 6-week-old puppy and was actually my best friend and a wonderful, wonderful dog. He slept at the foot of my youngest daughters bed and was very protective of all family members.

I own my home and have lived in a mixed yet semi-ghetto neighborhood comprised of about 70% homeowners. I purchased the home in late 1996 and have raised 4 wonderful kids in it. The house next door to us unfortunately is a rental property duplex that is in the states “rent assistance” program, so sometimes the people who rent the property are not the types of individuals you would want to be neighbors with. In the last 3 years we have had burglaries, drug raids and full swat attacks on this property next door. No one has lived there longer than 6 months so we never really get a chance to know our neighbors. This house has even made it onto the news when one of the renters live in boyfriend had a standoff with the local police.

But one family in particular had been living there for about 5 months, they had kids so my kids would often invite them over for sleepover and yard play. They knew our family because they often came to our house when their mother was late letting them in after school. The mother was someone who we talked to only when she needed a favor or baby-sitter. We are friendly people and love children, having four of our own and losing two late in life to stillbirth, so we are the neighborhood parents. We throw parties for our children and invite most of the kids that we have watched grow up in our community.

One day we bought a new play set and the kids from the rental unit next-door came over and played for a few hours with our 10 year old. I neglected to mention that these kids also went to school with our 10 year old. Well on this day they played in the yard from about 10 in the morning till about 5 in the afternoon and their mom finally showed up and told them to come in the house. My daughter also went inside and took the dog, Nature, in the house also. The dog was always a part of neighborhood kids play sessions, and everyone knew the dog since the dog was about 2 months old and old enough to go outside. Well the boy and girl went across the driveway home and into the house. About 5 minutes later they came back having forgotten their shoes. They went into the backyard to get their shoes and the dog thought they were coming back to play, he takes shoes and you have to chase her to get them back. The dog is in the house but hears the kids come back and follows them into the backyard trying to get at their shoes. At this time the mother comes out (the mother is afraid of dogs) and sees the dog trying to pull off shoes and over reacts and screams. This scares the dog, the little girl and the little boy. She completely panics the kids and they run off to join their mother who has taken a stick and is trying to wallop my dog. The dog quits and runs back into the house.

About 20 minutes later we see a police cruiser and ambulance pull up next door, we of course run out to see what the problem is. The mother has called the police and told them that the dog tried to attack her kids and had actually bitten one of them. We are interviewed by the police and threatened by the police for having a vicious dog. Well the ambulance comes and determines that the scratch on the little girls leg was not a bite mark after all but a scrape from the bushes that separate the two properties. They slap a band-aide on the little one and go on their way. The police however load us down with over $900 worth of tickets, which we have to go to court on and have just recently finished paying off. We were freaking out confused wondering if the dog may have bitten the girl, we knew the dog was very gentle but stranger things have happened. We stayed there the whole time concerned for the girl, and were more than relieved when the Para-medics explained that the dog had done nothing at all to the girl. We thought it was over, but it wasn’t, not even close, the worst was still to come.

We get a letter in the mail a few days later from an attorney informing us that we were being sued for a pit-bull attack. Long story short, the insurance company settled even though we opted to fight because we knew that the dog never bit the child and even had the Para-medics and 4 city police officers agree to be witnesses for us at the hearing. They greedy and dishonest mother got a settlement for over $12,000 and our insurance got cancelled which was the most hurting blow of all of this mess. We now have a mark against us and have to settle for state insurance because no other companies will take us because of the vicious dog settlement. I really wish I could sue the insurance company for denying us our right to fight the accusation. But as they told us, “we would never have covered you if we knew what kid of dog you had.” So in this fiasco my 10 year old lost her best friend, we lost our homeowners insurance and our dog had to be given up over a dog attack that never happened, all because a insurance company has a policy that they don’t fight accusations when it involves certain dog breeds even if it is a mixed breed. Those cowards are just as bad as the unemployed rent assistance mother who lied and walked through their loopholes.

Of course we are all right two years later and my daughter was given a Chihuahua puppy by one of the neighbors and the woman moved 2 days after the settlement, she had a new car which really stung because she never had a car before. The one thing I remember most though is that the lady’s mother asked her did we own the house when she came to check on the kids after the supposed bite. And 2 days later we were sued, and they were supposed to be saved Christians. And to the insurance company, you really need to stop being cowards and money worshippers.

But now I do background checks on every person that moves into that house, I need to know what I am up against.

5 reasons why pre wedding background checks are essential.

In the 5 years have been doing this online background check thing i have heard many horror stories that just have made me positive that online background checks are life savers. I have heard from both men and women, professionals and home-makers and others from all walks of life. So i have decided to publish a list of the top 5 reasons that the bulk of the "Thank you " emails i receive contain. I hope this enlightens you and possibly saves even one person from a life changing mistake, and in 99% of the cases all you need is a name and city or birth-date. Social security numbers are seldom needed and in some cases can be obtained from the search.

1. Undisclosed Debt by One or the other parties: I cant even count the number of emails i have received from individuals wishing they had done a credit check or online background check before the wedding. I will just give the general jist of one of these emails that i distinctly remember. A man wrote me and told me that he married a woman with over $35,000 in past credit card debt that she never disclosed to him before they were married. He only found out after the marriage when they went to find lending to purchase a house, which they were denied. In finding this huge sum of debt attached to himself as well as his new wife he ended the marriage, not because of the actual debt but because of the character flaw that he wasnt aware of. "if she can lie about that she can lie about anything." The debt he married into is still legally his even though the deceitful spouse isnt. I have about 100 such stories in my gmail account memory. When you marry someone in debt you are agreeing to share that debt, knowingly or otherwise.

2. Abusive Behavior: I received an email from a woman in Tampa, florida thanking me for saving her from an abusive man that she planned to marry but changed her mind weeks before the wedding. Apparently the future spouse had several domestic abuse cases in his file from 2 different marriages. The woman was unaware of any of this and only knew about one previous marriage. As a plus to this potential wedding made in hell he didn't take her calling off the marriage well at all and forced her to leave the state to get away from the man. and ironically parole from one of the cases kept the man from leaving the state to harrass her in her new state. She recently wrote me to tell me that she is now remarried and living a wonderful life so far. The ex was rearrested for beating on his girlfriend and parole violations. Of course she did a complete background check on her new husband using the guise of preparing early to seek financing for their post marriage home. "your service saved my life, thank you."

3. Registered Sex offender: Even though this is one of the most common emails i get, they still affect me the hardest. I have received upwards of 200 emails where the sender ran a background check on their spouse or fiancee and found out they were registered sex offenders from other states, some on the run. One lady even found out that her fiancees name wasn't even his name but his deceased brothers. She sent him to prison after discreetly turning him in. I have not heard from her since the email but i wrote a complete article about her bravery a few months back.I actually still get happy from these types of emails. It makes me feel a little like a hero, even though the people who send them are.

4. Criminal record, past or present: This is the #1 subject in the emails i receive and its also an obvious subject. If i had a quarter for all the people who found out that their significant others were criminals or had criminal records, i could open up a skyscraper in New York city and go head to head with Donald trump.

5. Lies or undisclosed personal information: I particularly remember one woman in texas or louisiana, cant remember which, but her soon to be husband had solicited a male prostitute just a month before she ran the check and 6 months before they were scheduled to marry. I felt pretty bad for her on that one, that one really got to me because they had been together for years before they decide to marry. The kids make it sadder.

Well now you know the Top 5 reasons why background checks saves lives before a marriage.

How to find a trustworthy public records service online.

One of the most common reasons for hiring a Private Detective is to find a missing or lost person but did you know that you can get access to the same databases that law enforcement agencies use to find information about people? By using these new and powerful online tools you could save yourself a lot of money in Private Eye bills.

How do you lose someone in the first place?

It could be that the person you're trying to find doesn't want to be found. They might be running from the law or have been given a new identity through the witness protection program for instance. These kinds of lost persons are the most difficult to find because the trail that you follow will run cold at the point where they changed their identity. That's no reason not to try however because it's actually quite difficult to live the life of a lie day in and day out. People tend to make mistakes and leave clues to their true identity.

Luckily most lost people don't change their identity. They're lost simply because they've moved away and you've lost touch with them. Even parents that have effectively kidnapped their children or are absent simply to avoid child support payment don't often go to the trouble of changing their identity. These people are relatively easy to find because they are still leaving an unbroken trail for you to follow.

Until recently accessing personal information on people has been the exclusive domain of law enforcement agencies and to a lesser extent, private investigators. This information is now being made available to everyone through the power of the Internet. There are enormous amounts of information from public databases being placed online every day and much of it can be accessed by anyone.

The problem that most people face when using the Internet to search for information on people is knowing where to look. Most of the data you need can be accessed for free but it is a very time consuming task just finding it and putting it all together. Fortunately people who have done all the legwork for you and put all the accessible databases at your fingertips have solved this problem. If you're looking for a Private Investigator Consultant then I would strongly suggest that you check out what's now available online. You could save yourself a lot of money.

So in the whole scheme of things the best is usually the paid background search, for time saved and information delivered. There are even really nice places that allow life-time membership with unlimited searches. Here is a list of 3 such places.

Online Dating Background Checks information promotes safe cyber sex.

Background verification in online dating is about risk reduction and it makes good sense. None of the sites can provide any guarantees that they have fool-proof systems, but they do help in reducing the risk. As social networking, online dating and the Internet increase the number of people that we can meet, it also decreases what we can know about their life history and experiences. The popularity of online dating has born numerous niche sites and background verification services to weed out the weirdos, but the true danger of sexual health has been forgotten. The media has done wonders to perpetuate the fear of being raped or murdered on a first date by someone you met online. Now naturally one should be cautious initially and meet in public etc., but this is common sense. The chances of getting murdered from your online date are infinitesimally small. Nevertheless, a criminal record check is a premium service for which hundreds of thousands of online daters pay more than $50 per month. But the best background check service i have found is only $29 for a 3 year unlimited search membership.

Unfortunately, online dating sites have overlooked what is most important, which is personal health. According to the US Department of Justice, 1 tenth of 1 percent of the population has been convicted of a sexual offense and more than 60% are currently in custody or being monitored. Because online daters are mostly between 18 to 45 years, which is about 2/3 of the total population, let’s just assume a very high number and triple the original figure; assuming that 3 in 1000 online daters are sexual weirdos. OK, sure this is something to consider, but when it comes to sex health the numbers are much scarier.

1 in 5 people over the ages of 12 has genital herpes and up to 90% don’t tell their partners. Mostly, this is because they have not been tested for genital herpes and confuse their symptoms with other temporary irritations. According to CDC, more than 1 million people have HIV in the US and at least 25% don’t know they are infected, again because they have not been tested. HIV is a fatal disease without any symptoms for 10 to 15 years or longer. OK, but you use condoms. Well, in the case of genital herpes condoms have been found to be only 50% effective in preventing transmission. This is because they only partially cover the area from which the virus may shed and be passed-on. Read our STD facts section for details, but you will also see that common curable STDs may lead to serious long-term health consequences when they go undiagnosed and untreated and they also increase the chances of getting HIV and genital herpes.

The bottom line is that the risk of contracting STDs is the most serious risk for dating, especially so for online daters. We are never going to know for certain about someone’s full sexual history and we probably never should. We are of course entitled to our privacy and this would get absurd. But, remember that there is at least a 1 in 5 chance that your date has genital herpes and a 1 in 300 chance that he/she has HIV, versus a 3 in 1000 chance that he is a sexual deviant. Criminal background checks cannot guarantee that you won’t be raped and a negative HIV test in the last 6 months cannot guarantee clean health, but you see where the priority should be and that risk reducing the risk is essential. Given that condoms alone don’t do the job, you need to at least ensure that people are getting tested and are socially responsible.

And speaking of social responsibility, stumble this article below (click the link) the more stumbles the more people see this article, you may save a life.

Background check service may have saved womans life.

This is an email i received from a reader a few days ago and i wanted to post it for new readers and old readers alike. Enjoy and feel free to send me your Public records search related stories and comments i am here from sunup to sunup 14 days a week (or so it seems) and i just want to spread the word about background checks and the usefulness that they provide.

If only i knew then what i know now

I remember the first time i saw him and actually noticed him, it was raining and i had neglected to bring an umbrella. As i sat under the rent to own furniture store awning, two building over from my new jobs entrance, wondering what i was going to do about lunch. I was in a daze i guess because later i found out that he had asked me 3 times to share his umbrella. I remember when i looked in his eyes it was like looking into a calm ocean in bermuda or somewhere tropical. I guess i went blank again but this time it only took two tries to bring me back. I thought about it for a second because i actually did not remember him, but then said yes and thank you when i figured out that i worked with him and had seen him a few times around the office. If i knew then what i know now i would have ran as fast as i could in the opposite direction.

It started out average, our runaway love affair, (Rofl) we had lunch twice more that week and after that almost every day. He was a gentleman and a hard worker that sent me flowers and even cooked for me after we got "hot and heavy" It wasnt until after we were engaged 10 months later that i discovered he was a registered sex offender and that the name he gave me wasn't even his name but his dead brothers. He was wanted in his home state for statutory rape. After we moved in together is when i found all of this out, using your service i might add, and i wanted to thank you personally. I ran his name through your website and discovered that he was using his deceased brothers identity. I found his parents and a few of his friends and they warned me away. I have always wondered what attracted this "scumbag" to me, and the best thing i can come up with is my small stature, i am 5'1" and weigh in at about 100 pounds. I was fine with my size and had never worried about what type of man I attracted, now i worry about that every man that approaches me. I have him to thank for that. But he has his extended stay in prison to thank me for but he never will because he doesnt know it was me that got his perverted tail busted.

A few weeks before finding all this out he had started to become secretive and sneaky. I wondered what the change came from and that is why i wanted to background check him. And after that 1st slap (thats all it takes for me, as i have said i am very small in size) i kicked him out and ran the background check. He stalked and begged and promised, i admit even to this day he thinks he had a chance to get back together. I took it upon myself to place him back in jail, hopefully without his knowledge, i did not want him brewing in jail thinking about paying me back, hell i watch movies. Well long story short that plan worked and now my life is pervert lying skank bastard free. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the honest helpful service you run. Deloris (fake name) in houston (fake city) haha.

Thanks Deloris (wink) i will share this with my readers. And readers feel free to send your stories and testimonials (good or bad) to me and i just may print them. If you need advice or to be steered in a better direction, i am here for that also.
